The ARP/MC3 prepares individuals who want a career in the construction industry to transition into an apprenticeship in a trade of their choosing. ARP/MC3 will not only launch you into a job with great pay and great training, it could be the beginning of you owning your own business and providing a better life for your family.

ARP/MC3 WILL PROVIDE

At no cost to the student:

  • Technical, Practical, Hands on Training to set you up for a Construction Apprenticeship

  • A 70% successful apprenticeship placement rate

  • Employer-paid Health Insurance for you and your family.

  • A Employer-paid Pension Plan

  • OSHA 10 / First Aid / CPR Certifications

  • Wages starting at $15-$25 / hour with pay increases up to $45 hr

  • Work 40 hours a week and attend class 1-2 nights a week
